Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the delivery date. All return items must be unworn, unwashed and in original shipped condition with all tags attached.

Clients are responsible for return shipping charges. If the shipment was made in our error, all shipping charges will be credited.

International customers are also responsible for import tax and duties refund from DHL/UPS.

We do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods. We also recommend trackable method of shipment for your return such as UPS, Fedex or DHL.
